Here's what former tenants have to say -

I subletted Lee's studio in the summer of 2015.  The location is superb with fantastic direct lake views of Lake Washington.

The space itself is very large, fully furnished, and affords complete privacy. As the pictures will speak for themselves to the tangible qualities this studio affords.  That said, I'd like to speak to some of the intangible qualities that made this stay so memorable.

Firstly, the neighborhood is a rare find. It's safe with light traffic. The house is literally right off the Burke Gilman trail running along the lake that will allow you to stroll/bike in the shade to as far as you desire.  Secondly, the wild blackberry and apples growing along the trail are delicious.  Thirdly, the lake views outside the window is condusive to study or quiet reflection.  It was always a small pleasure to greet the sunrise with this welcomed view. Fourthly, it's an incredible value for the price of rent.

Lastly, and most importantly, Lee herself is a wonderfully grounded and caring human being. Even thought our schedules were so different, she was always there for a warm greeting and friendly chat.  I never felt like just a tenant, but rather, I was always treated as a valued guest. On numerous occasion Lee would leave me fruits and food for fear that I was not eating enough.  She is above all, genuine and caring. No doubt your stay here will be memorable.

"I can only say good stuff about living with you. You were really nice
to me and it was a really comfortable place to stay."

Zahra, (Summer, 2015)

"The apartment was a perfect fit for me, especially after a year of traveling. Not only was it overlooking a Lake Washington sunrise, but it was quiet and spacious and made for a very peaceful time.

Lee is easy to get along with and easy to communicate with and made sure everything was taken care of.  Also, it was a huge plus that the apartment came well furnished!"

Truly am thankful for those first few months of being in Seattle and that space to transition, thank you!"

"I moved here from California for graduate school. Jim and Lee are great, the space is beautiful.

Lee helped me get settled, especially with hiking and recreation in the area."

ABOUT US-
We're a straight (but LGBT friendly) couple. We don't party or create dramas. We work long hours and I have a home office below the floor you see here.

We  mostly live on the top two floors so you won't see us after 8 pm most nights or at all on weekends, (although you'll hear us walking around).

If this sounds rigid it's because we've managed real estate for 30 years and know that what works in our home. But we're also  very stable and happy to help you acclimate and succeed.  This is a two way relationship and we want  to make it work for you too.

* The kitchen is VERY BASIC with minimal prep area. Most students eat out or cook simple meals. There's not much room for dining area, so entertaining  is a challenge. This isn't a good fit if you don't know how to cook or expect to cook a lot.

NEXT STEPS-

1. Let's talk! Call me at 206.368.9608 or email lee@zenawellness.com.
