I take my commitment to your health and wellness seriously. It's an honor to work with you and I appreciate your business. It's important to stick to your commitment of self care. Emergencies do come up, so I make every effort to accommodate your needs. However, classes are the LAST thing you should drop because your health is a priority. Please call or write if you have questions. Classes must be paid in full by check, cash or PayPal in advance and before we schedule a time and place. Fill out the FORMS and let's begin! Cancellations Please cancel within 24 hours to avoid being charged for a session. Unless you have a catastrophic or medical emergency, there are no refunds for Zena Wellness services if you don't give me notice. I'll make every effort to reschedule our session in a timely manner. Babies and children We can not provide childcare at Zena Studio. However, babies are welcome in Semi-Private or Private sessions. Ask about bringing babies to Group Classes when you schedule, but you'll probably enjoy class and learn more if you come alone or bring someone to care for your baby/child/ren during class. |
