Pretty Loaded ™ has developed a proactive and preventative personal safety training that uses situational awareness, body language, criminal tactics, and de-escalation techniques to prevent injury or harm.
Pretty Loaded is well known for their viral personal safety videos that have been viewed and shared by hundreds of millions of people and large news networks all over the world. The training is used by law enforcement departments, the U.S. Courts system, Langley Air Force Base, Frontier Airlines, Real Estate schools, security services, hospitals, and other large corporations worldwide.
Pretty Loaded submitted the National Situational Awareness Day to the National Day Calendar in 2015, which is celebrated on September 26th.

lee's Assault Survivor Story
Lee has been attacked by strangers and burglarized a few times- once was an attempted rape that was probably only avoided because she fought back. A resident of large cities for decades who likes to jog and hike, Lee's main self-defense plan was to be able to outrun an attacker. This has become less realistic over time!
As the mother of two daughters, she's keenly aware of the dangers facing females at every age. Lee has studied Aikido,, Tai Chi, Tae Kwon Do, and is a certified (200 RYT) yoga instructor.
She discovered Pretty Loaded in 2021 and was so impressed with the program, decided to become an affiliate. She is now studying Krav Maga.
