2. Pick a day & time
Call or email me to discuss the most convenient date and time for you. Once we schedule a class, I'll send you the address and parking instructions. See my POLICIES for more details. Feel free to bring your baby, children, parents, a friend, or spouse.
3. Enjoy your class
Complete the FORMS and send them in advance or bring them to your first class. Bring your own mat if you wish, but I have extras in the STUDIO. All classes must be pre-paid.
