2. Pick a day & time
Call or email me to discuss the most convenient date and time for you. Once we schedule a class, I'll send you the address and parking instructions. See my POLICIES for more details.
3. Enjoy your class
Complete the FORMS and send them in advance or bring them to your first class. Bring your own mat if you wish, but I have extras in the STUDIO. All classes must be pre-paid.
