Studies show regular exercise not only adds days to your life, but quality. Yes, it's hard to find the time and energy for self- care. It can also be a lonely and overwhelming. Hatha Yoga / Iyengar style In 2015, I completed 200 hours of training under Richard Schachtel, founder and owner of The Center for Yoga, in Seattle. He was a student for 30 years of master yogi, B.K.S. Iyengar. This style emphasizes body alignment. 2. Sihha Yoga This style was designed for Muslims whose religious and spiritual beliefs conflict with traditional yoga. I've been working with women from different cultures and faiths for years.
