1. Hatha Yoga / Iyengar style
In 2015, I completed 200 hours of training under Richard Schachtel, founder and owner of The Center for Yoga, in Seattle. He was a student for 30 years of the late B.K.S. Iyengar. I chose to train in this method because it emphasizes rigor and body alignment.
2. Sihha Yoga
This style was designed for Muslims whose religious and spiritual beliefs conflict with yoga traditional. I've been working with women from many different cultures and faiths for years. I understand and respect your need for modesty and prayer breaks. Read more at ZENA PRESS.
